Easy Returns & Exchanges

At MB Cloth, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ethnic wear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Products under "Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable.
• Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.

How to Return

• Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, return shipping details will be shared.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchange

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
• Only size exchanges are allowed; design or product exchanges may not be available.

Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
